  • Customer Cancellations: If you cancel or reschedule the cleaning appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, you will be subject to a cancellation fee. The remaining amount paid will not be refunded.

  • Special Requests Not Fulfilled: While we strive to meet special requests, we do not guarantee that all custom requests will be fulfilled (e.g., cleaning of specific items or areas not included in the standard service). No refunds will be issued for unmet special requests.
